Rev. David B. McWilliams, Ph.D., Senior Minister
Pastor McWilliams has been the Senior Pastor at Covenant for most of the last 20 years. He and his wife, Vicky, have a college aged son, Evan. David’s passions are Christ centered preaching, applying theology to the life of the church, and shepherding people. He is a graduate of Mercer University, of Westminster Theological Seminary (Philadelphia, PA, M.A.R., M.Div.) and of The University of Wales (Ph.D).

Rev. John Larson, Associate Minister
Pastor Larson grew up in Georgia, and graduated from the University of Georgia in 1994. After receiving his Masters of Divinity in 1999 from Westminster Theological Seminary (Philadelphia, PA) he served in Asheville, North Carolina as a campus minister with Reformed University Fellowship. John has been a minister at Covenant since 2002. He and his wife, Alicia, are the proud parents of five children: Emily, Benjamin, William, Sophie and Clair.

Rev. Jeff McDonald, Associate Minister of Youth and Families
Pastor McDonald has been a minister at Covenant since 1999. He and his wife, Robyn, have two sons, Zachary and Joshua. Jeff is passionate about equipping our youth with a solid Christian world view so that they can readily articulate their faith. Jeff is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and Westminster Theological Seminary (Escondido, California, M.Div).

CB Campano, Church and Ministries Administrator
Mrs.Campano has been the church and ministries administrator at Covenant since June of 2006. CB is married to Ruling Elder, Frank and they have a young daughter, Elizabeth. CB is passionate about Word and deed gospel ministry. In particular, CB loves being intimately involved in the mercy and women’s discipleship ministries of this church. CB is currently pursuing a Masters in Biblical Counseling from Trinity Theological Seminary. Additionally, she attended Union College and Rutgers University and has a degree in Applied Chemistry. Prior to joining Covenant’s staff, CB spent many years in laboratory and engineering management.

LouAnn Lewis, Sr. Administrative Assistant
Mrs. Lewis joined the Covenant office staff in 1999. She has a college aged son, Justin. LouAnn enjoys spending time with family and helping with the youth ministry at Covenant. She has especially enjoyed being a team member of several youth mission trips.

Kitty Allison, Administrative Assistant
Mrs. Allison joined the Covenant office staff in 2007. She and her husband, Tim, have a daughter, Tess. Kitty is passionate about reformed theology and traditional worship and is happy to be at Covenant.

Robert "Mac" Boulware, Director of Music
Mac and his wife, Carol, have been working with adult, youth, and children's choirs for over 40 years, and have been leaders in Covenant's music ministry since August of 2005. They have two children, Rob and Michelle, and two grandchildren, Christian and Jordan. Mac and Carol graduated from the School of Music of the Florida State University in 1961 and are both retired public school teachers. Mac received his Master's degree in Education from Rollins College.

Katharine Corbin, Organist
Mrs. Kae Corbin and her husband, Del, came to Covenant in 1984. Kae loves to participate in corporate worship as Organist. Other interests include the Wind Ensemble, Guitar Ensemble, Covenant Chimes, Covenant Pianists, the annual Hymn Contest, and "Music and Art" Recital series.

Bill Johnson, Audio, Visuals and Media
Mr. Johnson has been responsible for creating and updating audio/visuals media, including maintaining a comprehensive library of sermons, at Covenant for since.1991. Bill loves reviewing and editing music and movies for our church library and enjoys doing this for fun as well. Bill is particularly passionate about missions and enjoys exploring related materials.

Donna Lister, Church Accountant and CDC Office Manager
Mrs. Lister has been the church accountant since 2004 and the CDC Office Manager since 1993. Donna and her husband, Jerry, have a son, Timothy. Donna enjoys spending time with her family and, in particular, enjoys fishing and watching baseball games with them.

Annette Sligh, Director, Child Development Center
Mrs. Sligh has been Director of the Child Development Center since 1999. She and her husband, Steve, have two young adult daughters, Stephanie and Katie, a son-in-law, Chris, and newest on the scene, a delightful granddaughter, Della Kate. Annette enjoys time with her own family, and is grateful for the opportunity to minister in the lives of other young families through the CDC. Annette has an undergraduate degree in Biblical Education from Columbia International University and a graduate degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida. She also has completed classes to obtain the Director Credential that is required for all preschool directors licensed by the state of Florida.
