Staff Members
CB Campano, Congregational Care Coordinator
CB has been on staff at Covenant since June of 2006. CB is married to ruling elder, Frank, and they have a daughter, Elizabeth. CB is passionate about Word and deed gospel ministry. At Covenant, CB is intimately involved with women’s teaching, counseling, discipleship and mercy ministries of the church. In August 2015, CB completed course work required for the Foundations of Biblical Counseling Certificate issued through the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation (CCEF). Additionally, she attended Union College and Rutgers University and has a degree in Chemical Technology. Prior to joining Covenant’s staff, CB spent many years in laboratory and engineering management.
Isabella McDonald, Organist
Isabella McDonald was born and raised in Lakeland, FL along with her 3 sisters. She and her family began attending Covenant in 2017 and she completed her high school education by writing a 20-page thesis on the importance of putting the glory of God at the center of church music. Having studied piano for 14 years and the organ under Katharine Corbin (the former organist of Covenant) for 8 years, she took the role as organist in May 2025. Soon after, she and her husband Josh welcomed their first child, Laura who tags along with Isabella as she teaches her many students piano. Isabella enjoys sharing the joy of music both through playing and teaching.
Linda Morrison, Pastors' Assistant
Linda joined the staff of Covenant in January of 2024. She and her husband, Gary, have attended Covenant since 1980, becoming members in 1985. They are grateful that their three children, and now several of their grandchildren, were blessed to grow up in this local body of Christ. Linda graduated from UCF with a Bachelor of Communication Sciences and Disorders and worked in the Polk County school system before her children were born. After enjoying home-schooling her children for several years, she worked as a middle-school teacher and program director at Geneva Classical Academy. She is delighted to now work as Pastors' Assistant for the pastors and church body she loves.
Scott Robinson, Ruling Elder for Ministry Support and Operations
Scott has been a member of Covenant since birth, became a ruling elder in 2020, and a full-time staff member in 2026. He and his wife Carly have two boys, Owen and Cy. Both Scott and Carly graduated from Westminster Theological Seminary, with Scott receiving his Master of Arts in Religion, and Carly her Master of Arts in Counseling. Scott previously worked in fundraising and development at several institutions, and then as Bible teacher and Head of Upper School at Geneva Classical Academy. Scott’s lifelong aim has been to build up Christ’s church in its worship and work. He now desires to serve and encourage Covenant’s pastors, officers, staff, and members as they worship and live together in the grace of our great Savior, Jesus Christ.
Jackie Smith, Director of Children's Ministry
Jackie became a member at Covenant in 2021 and has enjoyed being part of such a wonderful community! She is married to Jake Smith and they have 4 children: AJ, CJ, EJ, and PJ. Jackie graduated from UF with a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and was a teacher for 14 years before becoming the Director of Children’s Ministry. From a very young age, Jackie wanted to teach and she is thankful to be able to use her teaching skills obtained over the years to work with volunteers, families, and children at Covenant. Her desire is that even from a very young age, the children at Covenant would know and love the Lord and that these children would grow to spread the truths learned at Covenant with friends, families, and beyond!
Rick Strawbridge, Ruling Elder Youth Director
Joy-Marie Strawbridge, Girls Discipleship Coordinator and Youth Aid
A Lakeland native, Joy-Marie has attended Covenant her whole life. After volunteering with the youth for many years, she became a member of the staff in 2015. Joy-Marie desires to see the youth of Covenant walk faithfully with the Lord, fellowship with one another, and serve those around them. She graduated from Florida Southern College with a Humanities degree and has experience teaching both middle and high school students. Joy-Marie and her husband, Michael, have four rambunctious children.
