Youth

Ministry Overview

We live in a culture where families and teens are challenged from every direction. Covenant is dedicated to serving our youth by providing biblical teaching, training, and opportunities for service, accountability, and fellowship. Our aim is to come alongside of parents and help them in the Christian nurture of their teens.

Sundays
Middle School and Senior High Classes offered during the Christian Education hour take youth in grades 6-12 through a series of courses in Bible survey, Bible doctrine, Church history, and Christian living.

Wednesdays
During the school year, Middle School Youth Group (grades 6-8) meets from 6:00pm to 7:15 pm and Senior High Youth Group (grades 9-12) meets from 7:15pm to 8:45pm on Wednesday for games and Bible study. These teaching times provide opportunity for the youth to apply God’s Word to their everyday life and to grow in their relationships with each other.

Throughout the year, Covenant has retreats and missions trips where youth can study God’s Word and demonstrate the love of Christ through mercy and service.

In all these things, our prayer for our youth is that they would be sanctified in the truth of God’s Word (John 17:17).
